Super Simple Stuff For Dads!

Shout out to Damon Dietz

I love all the people I get to meet through my site! I’ve recently been in contact with another dad trying his best to help dads around the world.

His name is Damon Dietz he is “a writer, filmmaker, and professional speaker, who shares his knowledge of finance, health and life from the perspective of a divorced dad over 40”. We all know dadding aint easy but being a single dad must be particularly tough.

That’s why he’s created this site and You tube channel. He is “offering parenting, health, finance and life advice for single dads.”

The focus on those areas of well being should be of the utmost importance to all fathers. We can all benefit from this unreal set of skills. So to all dads, single dads in particular, check out Damon’s site, Instagram, and you tube channel.

He knows how you feel and what you’re going through. In fact he has inspired me to add the HDN (Happy Dadding Network) to the menu.

On behalf of Damon Dietz and myself: We are here when you need us!

Happy Dadding everyone.

Super Simple Stuff For Dads!

Welcome to Happy Dadding!

Thank you so much for checking out my site. What is Happy Dadding? Its my wish to you, to enjoy the process of becoming the best dad you can be. It’s super simple stuff for dads. Now I’m no parenting expert, I’m just a guy who loves his kids, loves being a dad, and I want to get better at it. So in an effort to share and generate some conversation I present to you some of the super simple stuff for dads that make life a lot happier, a little easier, and way more fun for us.

What lead me to this?

what lead me to this 2 years ago I was reading Men’s Health magazine and I saw an ad for a book called “The Code of the Extraordinary Mind“, by Vishen Lakhiani. That book outlined ideas and concepts to understand yourself and your own thought process. All designed in an effort to get out of your own way and maximize your life. It took a year to read because of the depth of insight required to understand myself that deeply. One of the processes this book discussed was called Lifebook.

What was the process?

Super Simple Stuff For Dads!

Lifebook was created by John and Missy Butcher. They are an incredible couple who have created an enviable life via Lifebook. Their process is essentially extreme goal setting in 12 areas of your life. Everything from fitness to finances, career, and social life. After I finished “The Code of the Extraordinary Mind” I was excited to find an online personal development website started by Vishen Lakhiani; called Mindvalley. Mindvalley was offering the Lifebook process for free! My wife and I jumped at the chance! Part of the reason you’re reading this post is because of Lifebook. It helped me to clarify things I wanted in my life. It lead me to write and publish two books, start a blog, exercise regularly, and eat better. So in a nut shell this is the reason you’re reading this.
