New Children’s Book

Hey everyone how are you? Thanks for checking out my site. I havent posted in a while as life has been so busy! Part of that busy is that my family and I have written a new children’s book!

Our book is called “One Day to the Sky”. This is a heart warming story about a conversation with the wind, and a longing to connect and explore!.

It was born out of a conversation with my kids. While playing outside on a windy fall day my children asked; “Where does the wind go?” Where does it come from?”

All of this sparked a story between us about where the wind goes, what it sees and who it meets. Everyone in our family added a line or two to make  this story complete. The words are entirely our own.

My kids also insisted that no one feel left out so we should include as many kids as possible in our book. To create the different images we used Microsoft’s Designer App. We did this simply to see if we could. it was a tone of fun using the app. We also made our book only available as an e book in an effort to save some paper.
