Stuff to Eat: Dad’s Super Simple Ramen:
Hey gang I hope everyone is safe and well. For “Stuff to Eat” I wanted to share this super simple ramen recipe as its a quick,easy, and nutritious meal.
2 L chicken stock or water with bouillon powder
2 celery stalks chopped
2 carrots grated
4 mushrooms chopped
3/4 cup frozen peas
2 Ramen cakes (I like Lotus foods Oraginc Millet and Brown Rice Ramen)
Handful of diced chicken (optional)
Put all of the ingredients into a pot
Bring to a boil over high heat
Boil for about 7 mins (until noodles are done just the way you like)
Dump into bowls
Season with soy sauce, hot sauce, and or fish sauce.
